National Federation of Amazigh associations in Morocco Press release on Tel Aviv terrorism attack NO TO TERRORISM

We learned with consternation about the terrorist attacks on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 around 21:30 against Israeli civilians seated at outdoor cafes in a busy area of the city of Tel Aviv.

These terrorist attacks that no reason can justify, left four dead and several injured. The destructive desire that motivates them is certainly against peace and progress.

Unfortunately, we continue to see every day the expansion of this murderous madness supported by some ideological reactionary Islamists. Also, we strongly condemn the unhuman attitude of those who welcome these criminal attacks and advocating murder and hatred.

Those terrorist acts that hit Tel Aviv are considered by some as Jihad. The devastating effects of this racist and xenophobic Jihadism unfortunately beyond the borders of the Middle East to reach Europe, Africa, America and even Australia.
The Jihad terrorism is in fact an action strongly supported by some states against the most basic human values of tolerance, diversity and peace.

Democracy, human rights and freedoms are strongly threatened by murderous fury of the fanatics who seek to impose their hegemonic and exclusivist law to the world.

On this terrible occasion, facing the barbaric and blinded acts, we consider it our duty to express the continued commitment of the Amazigh people toward freedom and secularist?s values that these criminals and their sponsors seek to annihilate.
We stand with the four victims and their families. We assure the Israeli people our unwavering support against extremism and hatred that blindly strike innocent civilians.

All people around the world are called to stand firm and act with great determination alongside the democrats who fight against the fundamentalist scourge.

We reiterate again our call that the political and financial relationships that some European governments have with dictatorial states that support terrorism must end up.
