L'association Tamaynut Ossinissa de Canaries dénonce : La Mme l'avocate Generale Representante du Ministere Publique Aupres de la Cour Provinciale de Tenerife a récemment communiqué à l'Association Culturelle Ossinissa le commencement de la Diligence Préliminaire de recherche nº 30/08, par lesquelles est enquêtée la commission possible d'un délit Relatif à l'Ordre du Territoire et de la Protection du Patrimoine Historique à propos de l'exécution des uvres de construction réalisées dans la Zone Archéologique de La Caleta, dans le terme municipal du Valverde (El Hierro. Îles Canaries).

ABOUT THE MADE UP NAME TAKNARA USED AMONG SEVERAL NATIONALIST CIRCLES :  In the last times I have read in the Canary press the word Taknara used to refer to the Canaries, with just an apparently Berber terminology. And in several occasions I have reminded some friends of mine of the fake use of that term, which cannot be invented as many others only to pretend a radical canarism. However, the increasing abuse of this absurd by the newspapers has made me to write in order to clarify things and prevent our long-lasting struggle for a serious study of the ancestral Language of the Guanches and our fight for Independence to be discredited -something that is pursued by the enemies of our cause making up ridiculous neologisms... .... AMAZIGH SPRING :  The situation of political oppression
and the denial that the pouvoir in Algeria has exerted

of the parallels in front of the coast of Cape Num or Sidi Uarzik
to those of Cape Juby, some 96 km. off the coast of the Kingdom
of Morocco at its nearest point, and some 1,000 km. from the European
coasts. The Archipelago is made up of seven main islands: Lanzarote,
Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera y El
Hierro, and four smaller ones: Lobos, Alegranza, Montaña
Clara y Graciosa, with a total area of 7,446.62 square km. and
